Michael Allen has been working in the IT industry for 24+ years, the last 21 at Dynatrace. Michael has held many commercial leadership positions at Dynatrace, the leader in Software Intelligence for the Enterprise Cloud. Today he is Vice President of Worldwide Partner business and regarded as a key visionary in this market.

Rich Bentley
Snr Director Product Marketing
Rich is the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Dynatrace and has been marketing products in the IT management space for 20 years. Rich has a strong interest in all pillars of marketing, from research, analysis and planning to comms and tactical execution but his specialism is in Product Marketing. Prior to his current role, Rich was a Systems Engineer and Software Developer.

Rafi Katanasho
CTO & Solution Sales VP, APAC
Rafi is Chief Technical Officer and VP of Solution Sales in APAC. Based in Sydney Australia, Rafi joined Dynatrace in 2007 and has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry focusing on Business, Application and IT Service Management. He is a recognized thought leader and has published many articles, white papers and is a regular industry keynote speaker and commentator in IT and business publications.

Ryan Covell
Solution Sales Director, NORAM
Ryan re-joined Dynatrace in 2016, as Solution Sales Director, before moving into his current role of Senior Director of Sales in 2017. Since 2001, Ryan has been immersed in the field of performance monitoring technologies while helping some of the largest companies in the world implement successful monitoring practices. Prior to his current, and previous role at Dynatrace, Ryan was an Enterprise Account Executive at the company.

Russel Wilkinson
Partner Enablement Engineer, NORAM
Russel Wilkinson is the North American Partner Engineering Manager and works with partners developing go-to-market services, revolving around the Dynatrace Software Intelligence Platform, including its use as a key enabler in automating DevOps based software development pipelines. He has been a Pre-Sales Engineer and Architect for 20 years and has a broad industry background having worked for Citrix, VMware & Cisco.

Alasdair Patton
Global Autonomous Cloud Evangelist
Alasdair is the Global Autonomous Cloud Evangelist at Dynatrace and has been part of Dynatrace almost 10 years after joining the services division 2010. Over the years Alasdair has transitioned from Global Architect to EMEA Sales Engineering Manager and now to his current position as Global Autonomous Cloud Evangelist. Alasdair works closely with the Dynatrace Innovation Lab and partner team to drive the ACM initiative.
